With a broad range of capabilities, I have been thrown into many challenging projects over the last Twenty plus years that it would be impossible to list them, much less than to describe them in detail. My strengths allowed my employer's business to expand, from a small company of five, into a Mid Size company of over eighty employees. My ability to adapt to new technologies, work under tight deadlines and troubleshoot complex systems has held me in good stead over the years. One of my most valuable assets is my friendly, professional, and courteous manner. This aptitude has aided me in everything from management and training of Support staff, to dealing personally with high profile clients such as the Presidents and Vice Presidents of Verizon Wireless (former U.S. Partner of Vodafone).
